Situated in exclusive prime natural lakeside location within a quiet residential area. Driving from the International Airport takes about 30 minutes so in no time from getting into your car you can be making yourself at home! The Villa is ideally situated for access to Orlando's attractions, being no more than 15 minutes from Disney Main Gate.

The nearest convenience store is only a few minutes drive, a supermarket some 5 minutes with restaurants, bars and shops no more than 10 minutes away. For golfers there are 20 plus courses within 40 minutes drive, with Greg Normans Champions Gate course only 5 minutes from the Villa. A little further afield, just over an hour, you can find relaxing beaches and dolphins in their natural habitat.

The Villa has a totally perfect and private location, not being overlooked, being one of only a group of four properties, some of which are residential - a true taste of America. To the front of the Villa is a conservation wood with the rear having the rare benefit of a true Florida natural lake.

Maximum accommodation is for 10 persons of all ages, including infants. For your own degree of comfort and privacy it is recommended that 8 people use the Villa. Check-in is 4.00 pm on the day of arrival with check- out at 10.00 am on the day of departure. Please note as a courtesy to all visitors to the Villa, we operate a policy of NO SMOKING inside the property.

All bed linen and towels for use within the Villa are provided at no extra cost.
